I LIKE DECIUS IDEA, IT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD WAY TO LIVE BY, BUT ETHEREAL HAS A POINT, A SOLUTION AT A MORE INDIVIDUAL LEVEL COULD BE, THE FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS PERPOSED BY THE BUDDHA.

No solution will work because we as a society would rather kill ourselves than give up this notion of free will. And so no matter what you decide would be a working solution we would have to let people choose not to do it and that undermines the whole system.

i think the real problem lies in varying abilities to empathize. if it were unquestioned, constant and perpetual there would still be varying degrees...

It has nothing to do with free will. We believe that our free will as individual matters, but it is in fact the decisions we make as a species, or as a planet, or as a solar system that matters more.

The larger the group that is considered the individual, the more harmony and success there is because the combination of energy equates more than the individual parts.

And of course, in a real world situation you would not lend your empathy to just anyone. You must find like-minded people to share empathy with and begin that way. You start as a couple, then a family, then a group, then a society, etc.

So you may call it a religion, but the basis of it is nothing except empathy. To empathize with even one person to the degree that we would like to may take a life time based on our current minds, so we can begin just there.

Free will need not exist for us as individuals if we are not individuals. Your hand does not need free will even though it may perceive itself as a seperate entity altogether. It works in harmony with the rest of the body.

We as humans should make it our foremost quest to join together to form the "universal body". Once this is realized, the possibilities are beyond my capabilities.

Yes, but eventually only one solution will prevail, and that is unconditional empathy. The word, the universe is one.

This trurh is an eventuality, because it is perfectly logical, as I explained 2 posts ago.

Hence anyone who does not understand it yet is simply farther off from the truth.

Truth often is illogical because it contradicts our natural tendencies. If it was as logical as you suggest then why doesn't it happen? It isn't as though you are the first to share an idea of world unity. It fails every single time why do you think that it will be different when you suggest it?

the composite elements of things change so that eventually though the form is similar the things that make it, in the 3-d world, are elsewhere. thus, what makes you believe the river as you see itnow is the same t was 2 minutes ago; or you for that matter? the answe is there is only intelligence and you are part of it, and vice versa. hence empthy does solve things-its the way of rationalising deeper understanding to those who are stilled chained up by the 'rational' way.

some understand; some will understand when shown some will not. their time will come. jesus tried to speed it up through representation of the material wold; that was his magic. thought makes the material; not the other way around. that is a very profund statement that has been made

absolutes in any form, physical and non physical, are still very hard for humans to comprehend. nevermind trying to create/cause/apply them...

The lack of hope in people doing it is probably held in me more than anyone. I know people are stupid and selfish and lazy.

But that does not prevent them from having to acknowledge that empathy is the answer, that the world is one, and when enough people are emotionally or mentally stimulated in manners that lead to such profound realizations, they often can not strive from the truth.

Although most people are too lazy or uninvolved to find out the truth, the cool thing is once you do find it out, you can never forget it.
