Break up and Recovery

umm i just broke up with gf of 11 months record 4 me and i really miss her speically when she's with other people. Can't really stand it kind of scares me that i might really loose her for good. We're still talking and ok with each other i was just wondering if anyone had adivice on how to handle somthing like this in hopes 2 maintain a good healthy relationship so that someday i won't regret what i've did or didn't do.
