The 1-1.5 billion non religious people hold basically the same moral standards, this is because they take their morals from religion. The ones who don't are extrememists and either get imprisoned or killed or both because non religious and religious people both are offended by the extremist actions

Non-religious means no connection to religion- no religion. hence morals are non-religious. Their morals are their own. It is rather the few religious groups that are extremists, hence holy wars for example.
Non religious just means that they wont admit to having any religious affilliations or who truly think that they do not. This does not mean that they do not have said connections. Society has always been based on religion and so naturally morals will always be religious.
