Does anyone here practice Yoga?

I've wanted for some time now to learn about Yoga and Kundalini and Kriya yoga and chakras and all that stuff but there are 10 billion books on them and most of them seem like they are written by new-age quacks who just make shit up!

Are there any standards that almost anyone who practices these things would recommend? Is there anyone here who practices any of these and if so how did you learn about it and what books would you recommend?

ive done yoga a couple of times with my girlfriend and let me tell you that stuff is freakin hard!

yea my girlfriend is a yoga instuctor. Never done it personally though.... I'll take a peek at her massive bookshelf next time I'm over there and see what books I see...
