would you?
Today a very interesting question was brought to my attention.

If you all of a sudden learned that your spouse/significant other was really just an advanced AI robot, how would you cope? And more importantly, do you think you would still love them?

I doubt i have to say it but explain why or why not.

After dry heaving for a few hours I would probably come to the realization that I still loved them, but that love would be forever changed and would most likely diminish over time. How quickly and to what extent, I am uncertain.

Yes.
Hell, screw it. If I love them, I do. Real or not I still do. Even if their reciprocation is generated, the fact is I fell in love with the generation. I wouldn't care.
Could you find a human that loves you as sincerely? (assuming that you&robot are srsly in love.)

well it depends...if the robot was programed to actually feel sorrow and other emotions then maybe i would still love them but if it was programmed to just act like it felt sorrow and other emotions then i wouldnt care for it id find someone real
