Clinic to give out free 'morning after' pills
Planned Parenthood said it will distribute free ?morning after? contraceptives at state clinics Friday to protest Gov. Bill Owens? veto of a bill that would have let pharmacists prescribe the pill.

Owens rejected the measure in April, saying that spreading prescription power beyond doctors and specialized nurses ?strays radically from the accepted norms of medicine.?

?Every woman should have it in their medicine cabinets, in case of birth control failure, or worse, sexual assault,? Vicki Cowart, president of Planned Parenthood of the Rockies, said in a statement.

A study has been done and it has betermined that there isn't even a reason this pill can't be offered over the counter.

I remember reading were Jesus spoke of the hypocrits who put stones in front of others to stumble over.

They want to make it against the law to get an abortion and yet make it as difficult as possible to prevent pregnancy.

To my understanding, this pill discards a fertilized egg before the it can settle into place to grow into a fetus. So technically it does "prevent pregnancy", but it takes effect after conception, which many christians believe is the point when life begins. There's no hipocrisy.

No - its not hypocracy.

Jesus was only explaining how hypocrits act.
