?

Are you now saying that there isn't any point to be pointing out how stupid your posts are because you're too devoted to illogical stupidity?

If so, then I'm not doing it to help you (because somewhere I think I knew you were devoted to stupidity). I'm doing it to help anyone who isn't as devoted to stupidity as you who might read your post and actually think it makes sense... by pointing out how stupid it is to say:

"I believe what I believe because it feels good and you shouldn't point out why it doesn't make sense because I won't listen to you anyways."

It is important that people know what kind of a person you are so they assign a certain weight to the things that you type. And, obviously, being a bullheaded closed minded believer in illogical things makes your posts less relevent in a discussion forum devoted to logic.

Decius,

you keep making my point easier and easier for you to understand. You're being illogical with an illogical person your replying logicaly to an illogical person. What's so stupid about being illogical when all it means is someone sees things totally different than you. you sound alot like hitler because you want people to think like you not the way they want.

i bet your grandparents onlong the line thought that it was it illogical for your parents to get married or your dad's friends or your moms friends thought it was illogical for them to have you. Perception is illogical do you get it now or is your book knowledge still your saviour.

Zato: Exactly.

MJClone: Your point is incorrect. I did not know you were as illogical as you are. And with every post you make, you further regress into a realm of self-imposed idiocy. As that information becomes more and more apparent, i begin to respond to you less and less. Hence, my reaction to your stupidity is entirely logical given the limited observations I can make over a textual medium.

That being said, since you seem to acknowledge that you are illogical and closed minded, I must also inform you that you really have no reason or place in posting on Captain Cynic.

If you want a comprehensive definition of "manufactured", I suggest you take classes in a Religious Studies department covering the rise of Christianity and its spread throughout the continents. Public university, of course. (If you catch on why. Haha.)

Real eye opener. Same with courses about Islam and Judaism.

It's not that there aren't examples, it's that those who are already blind refuse to seek the truth - and that could be easily fixed by simply taking a few college classes (and actually paying attention.)

I don't need to haul ass and find the information for you, I've got three other degrees I'm completing. If you are really objective and curious, you'd go out and try to prove yourself wrong to make sure your beliefs were correct.

That is the technique of a wise man.

This way you will learn all of the common misconceptions and come to believe that the point of view most widely accepted must be true.

That last reply was a grand example of ignorance and those who are so blinded they are too afraid to be challenged by others' beliefs, nor do they do anything but make excuses.

My ass do my professors even present the most widely-accepted "conceptions." But hey, you must not be in a good place to know what sort of generalization you just made of higher education.

And you know this how? Have you done personal studies on religion or asked those who practice religion?

To believe that Christ died for our sins is to conform since more people in America believe that than don't.

Hence, to disbelieve or question that is to go against the norm... which is an act of bravery and truthseeking.

Sure many people claim to be Christians but statistically over 50% of them don't believe in the fundamentals of Christianity. Besides if more Americans believed then didn't there wouldn't be so much corruption. Its one thing to say you believe and another to act like you believe it. This is what faith is all about.

To be a Christian is to conform. To believe in Jesus dying for our sins is a baseless choice, based on conformity. This is because Christianity is the majority. It is strength to question the beliefs of the majority. A strength Christians do not have. To believe Jesus died for our sins is to be weak.

This is because it is weak to conform.

Christians are not a majority and never will be on earth.

Ehterealmeekle, I am reducing the number of posts you may post each day. Not because you oppose me, but because you are an argumentative twat.

Christianity is a majoriy in the world and in USA. Since you continue to state unfacts as facts you must be controlled from polluting this site with bullshit.

That being said, Christianity is the majority, hence to be a Christian without logic is to conform due to weakness.

Christianity is largely mistaken for people who go to church every Sunday. But even amongst those people you will find that a lot do not believe they just go based on superstition.

Those statistics include religions that don't even agree on who Jesus is. You might as well say all white people are Christians.

Christianity is Christianity. Minor differences aside, Protestants and Catholics and Lutherans will be grouped together when compared to Hindus, Muslims or Budhists.

You know this, so stop feeding everyone shit.
