i think our recent day music mostly rock is soooo bad that i find my self looking for my dads old cd's like rolling stones styx guns'n's and all of those other GOOD music... also i dont like rap... the only rap i will listin to is lil jon

ive been listinin to my friends metal like SOAD they are ok... but slipknot and mudvayne are ok as well but better than my chemical romance and greenday.

You can't discredit rap. Look how it has evolved. It's crossing into everything. NELLY even did a song with Tim McGraw (I think it was Tim McGraw, I don't listen to country that much), so it's everywhere. Deal with it. It's not going away.

You can have your own opinions, I dont care. And why is the only rap you listen to lil jon? He is like the epiphany (sp?) of all rap that people HATE. Its rappers like him, that give rap a bad name when it comes to if rap is really music or not...at least thats what I think. He never really flows, he just makes a beat and is like "yeaaa!" "oookay!" "lil jon and the east side boys mofucka!"....I just find it weird you like lil jon but none of the good rappers, like Nas. And besides, good music to you, might be shitty music to someone else. Like I said earlier...don't declassify something just because you don't enjoy it.

Just because I think it's funny...totally vulgar...but funny), music is music regardless of if you like it or not. i dont really like lil jon or any rap.... but i dont hate it... i wont buy any rap albums but if i hear it on the radio ill listin to it... and i dont really jsut liek him.... its just that he gets paid millions of $s to say like 5 words... and i find that cool

Music can really be anything you want it to be. Humming is even a form of music if you think of it right. So I think all forms of music are awsome.
