Biocentrism, the primacy of consciousness is an alternate view of how life developed.

In traditional Western science, it has been commonly accepted that "something" caused the inanimate universe to start and it evolved eventually producing life capable of conscious awareness.

Biocentrism is a theory that believes consciousness came first and everything developed from that consciousness.

When we think of our own consciousness, we often think of "within & without" or "ourself & everything else" but in truth everything is sensed within us.....within our consciousness.

Stimuli must be "interpreted" by our consciousness.

A realistic dream is interpreted by our consciousness as is reality but for the most part it is not related to stimilus imput.

Reality is a dream made "real" because of the relativity of stimulus imputs.

The next step is understanding the non-duality of consciousness.....within/without all one except for interpretation based on perspective.

We each (everything) have/has a specific perspective...
BUT all is part of the "universal consciousness".
