Theory of the One universal mind
This one mind is all intelligence, all wisdom, and all perfection, and it is everything and everywhere at the same time.
So this means that every possibility already exists.
This also means that all knowledge, all discoveries, and all inventions of the future are in this universal mind as possibilities, waiting for the human mind to tap in and draw fourth from it.
There for all inventions, every creation of the past has also been drawn from the universal mind wither willingly or unconsciously.

Dude all this is saying is that the universe holds all answers. Of which we can obtain, which makes sense because you can't discovery or invent something if the idea doesn't exist somewhere.
