A CTL of 1 means that willowwater is a contributing member of Captain Cynic.
I wouldn't say that it was wrong to be attatched to your own body, I think most of us are to a certain degree, but I wouln't really advise getting TOO attatched, because as we all know the longer you are attatched to something, the harder it is to let go of it, and if you can't let go of it when your time's up, you won't be able to move on into the light, or next life or whatever. But you should take care of it while you're in it, because you don't want it to conk out just short of the finish line do you!!
