very interesting. I don't know if it is theoretically and practically possible, who knows. time will tell with more and more experiments taking place. However the website claims that:
"Lifter technology is probably not "true" Antigravity. The definition of "true" Antigravity would be that it actually reduces or negates the effects of gravity on the prototype".

If successful it would have huge potential for aerospace.
