Belief in God doesn't seem that important to major religions. They all say their greatest rule is the golden rule. Which is what connects most religions the belief of do unto others as I have done unto you. Anyone can believe in God but to follow him is different.

I would have to disagree, I do think a few people are this way and maybe many act this way but as a whole when faced with the decsion of who to whorsip they will chose god.
