Okay how much sleep do you guys get a night on average..

GAwd im starting to seriously suffer over here work to many hours sleep to little.....and im definitley addicted to caffein.....felt like ShiT till ihad my java this mornin

haha i get about 5 or 6 hours at night, but then i take a nap at around 3 o'clock after school..

Im trying(trying) to get at least 10 hours of sleep for my body because im trying to build muscle. But it doesnt seem to be working out that much

man, I dont even have a sleep schedule. I have rockstars. I work nights, 11pm to 7:30am, which means I WOULD sleep during the day, but I have a girlfriend, friends, soccer, shit to do. Which means no sleep for me. I'd say normally I get abour 3 or 4. BUT if I have a day off (God forbid), I get like flippin...20....hahahaaha

i don't sleep at might my body forbids it when i was in school i'd sleep from 3-9 n my day would start at 10 pm now that i'm outta school i sleep frm 3 am til noon

i usually get to bed at like 8am after staying up all night reading or playing video games--i like the night a lot better because everyone is asleep and i don't ever get bothered. so then i wake up at like 5 or 6 and go to work. so that's like... 9, 10 hours of sleep. then on days when i have school i get about 4. i'm all screwed up.

I myself get about 9, depends though. I stay up all night and sleep all day, so I usually go to bed at like 8am. If I have nothing to do, which is most the time since I am currently not working, I get 9 and wake up like 3:30 or 4 pm. If my friends want to do something though, I get like 3.

jimmy you lose muscle while you sleep.. and bob cuz i dont wanna lose muscle lol....

when you don't have food in you'r gut then you'r body goes in to somewhat of a starvation mood.. thus burning your fat and then eating away at your muscle.. if you dont have fat then you'r body will start feeding off your muscles right away.. not a good idea if you'r goal is to gain..haha..

but if you still wanna sleep long be sure you get enough food.. and you could even get up in the middle of the night and drink some milk, along with something that has protein in it.. i recommend some kind of shake..

Thats true sleeping does eat away muscle, but thats if you dont eat alot and u become anarexic, and if u dont work out.
When you lift weight your muscle tears apart, and it rebuild when you get rest. Trust me i know what im talking because, i have a book called Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
