lol ok.. i do know that you'r muscle rebuilds while you rest but too much sleep could be bad too..

i was mainly talking about weight gaining in general.. (including fat) you lose while you sleep.

i get like 2-3 hrs sleep in the summer 7 hrs in the school yr

During the summer i sleep from 2maybelater-8 then during the school year its 12~2 then i wake up at 6 or 6.30..

my sleeping schedule for school used to be i slept as soon as i got home at 2.30pm. and i slept till 10pm. and i just continued my night as a day dweller would. but usually now i only get 2-4 hours of sleep. my mom said i should really go to the doctors and get that fixed.
