Depends, right now I don't have a gym membership, but I can easily be a gym rat. Otherwise I try to do something once or twice a week, I usually like now, just do some push ups and curls, keep my upper body kinda bigger so I don't look so chubby cause when I'm not doing much like now, I let cardio go to crap and have a horrible diet to fight too, though my high carb diet is great with a little bit of lifting for size though, makes it muscle instead of just eventual fat, and burns more. I've never been attempting to accomplish much with excersize besides health and strength, and of course to look and feel better. Strength of both body and mind.
