I won't argue that, but sometimes people need that right. An example would be if someone tried to break into my house and harm my family, or myself. I feel, and millions of people feel, that I have the right to put a bullet in that person; whether it kills him or not is no matter. He is signing that contract when he breaks in that window/door.
