I'm just going back to the meditation subject

At work we have a quiet room with couches and cushions and I like to go in their at break time for 15 mins to shut my eyes and concentrate on the time (the clock in my head), because after a few hours of labouring my whole body feels like a sack of potatoes. I call this power napping because afterwards I feel ripe with energy.

But I came across something on meditation and every thing discussed on meditation was much the same as my power naps.

Even in these 15 mins of shutting my eye's I start to dream but I'm awake. I found out accidently that meditation is very good for boosting my physical and mental energy, so I would disagree that meditation is pointless.

what you write squarepants is true and beautiful

I remember a lot of nice times with meditation

as I see it now: something is happening (to "you" - a deep longing is happening, an inner search. this is beautiful. it has happened by itself, with no need of any technique.

meditation happens out of nothingness to nobody

maybe meditation could be a good pointer , maybe becomes immediately territory of the ego

anyway anything just happens

Do not attach your self to the ways of the others, but learn from them and devise your own way; be your own leader.
