I had my three day split for weight lifting and now I have my job for the rest of winter break, My job is manual labor its on random days but lately its been everyday from 3-6 hours a day, I have stopped my weight training for now cause I am way to tired to lift weights after work, im wondering is this work going to kill my gains? overworking my muscles?

Overtraining is a myth in my opinion. That doesn't mean you can't get into a position where you're not seeing gains, but in my experience you only overtrain when you intake too little protein and calories and still do lots of exercise. Your body starts to shut down. I just recently had to take a week off because my shoulder got fucked and I actually gained mass and lost weight, so it was a needed break. My best advice is the more yo uare exercising, the more you should keep eating.
