I think its fine but I'm a smoker myself so I'm not the person to ask. I just can't see how you keep it down to two a week i can barely stay at 5 a day! I was less addicted to weed than I am to tobacco i used to smoke maybe one or two joints a week.

I smoke like half a pack a day, so just doing a few seems insane to me. Tobacco is the most addicting form of smoking I've encountered, and I think it's meant to be that way. I did switch to rolling my own with chemical free tobacco and it has helped a little bit... and I don't sound like a frog.

I used to smoke 2 a week as well and believe you can be a social and controlled smoker. It is up to you whether you can manage this and not be tempted to have any-more. I have quit the 2 smokes a week now, as I thought why am I even smoking? It didn’t help me with anything, and was I only doing it to fit with my friends? Those 2 cigarettes that I was smoking a week were just limiting my training, and were leaving a disgusting taste the next morning.
