Inglorious Bastards |
The best comedy i have ever seen. Nice and gorey with the perfect touch of foul language. It is quite apparent that is is a Quentin Tarantino film. Has anyone else seen it and thought it was as amazing as i did? P.S. Hugo Stigletz!

It was pretty good. Christoph Waltz stole the show for sure. I thought it was going to have a bit more of an espionage feel to it, but it delivered with all of my other expectations. The opening scene was stellar, as was the final scene at the cinema.

Certainly not a great movie, but few Tarantino movies are, except for Pulp Fiction. However, obviously all his effort went into creating the German general guy, who played it very well. The first 15 minutes were very well done. As usual, Quentin has some sort of a psychological problem in that he tries to glorify tough chicks while not really presenting the chick in a way that the audience gives a shit about - the main chick was easily the worst part of the entire movie, except when she was in a scene with another cool character. The inglorious bastards themselves were "okay". Most of the theatre scenes were fun to watch, and the initial heckling by Brad Pitt was also enjoyable, though the Bear Juden was not presented as well as it could have been (that role was supposed to go to Adam Sandler, who, although I think is a zionist retard, plays angry real well). Overall, I would not buy the movie, but it is certainly worth a single watch. Definitely give it a thumbs up for its uniqueness. Side Note: The bar scene was very well done as well. That's the thing, he throws in very tightly written, psychologically engaging scenes in a relatively weak story surrounded by far more faceitious stuff all to feed his "tough chick revenge" fetish.

I too find his portrayal of tough chicks a bit trite, and he never uses actresses that I could imagine for a single second being physically capable of wielding a wet towel, much less any serious weaponry.
