ehhh doesn't matter if its legal or not
abuse rates are the same in countries where it is legal and illigal.
the truth is cops don't care if you smoke weed as long as you not retarded, the crimal system doesn't need more people in it who don't were just looking for a cheap thrill.
my guess as to why it is not legal, is simply because the government uses the money from government drug running to fund programs that would not be able to get money from congress due to there nature.

My take is either it should be legalized or alcohol should be illegal. Weed is less dangerous i.e. impairing than alcohol. Alcohol related deaths are extremely prevalent in our culture and to my knowledge no one has died from smoking bud.

Legal Pot verses Illegal Pot...
Its simple the more legal pot is, the more money America stands to lose for funding illegal activity.
The more illegal pot is the more avenues America has to receive money for funding illegal activity.
America is more corrupt and crooked than any other civilization that is or ever was, and you idiots out there who don't know this is because you're too trapped in your own slavery to think for yourself. Plus they control all you see and you're just one happy stupid taxpaying loser like the rest of them. America is full of idiots and losers who are being robbed daily and have been since it began. Stand in line to get your chip inserted under your skin like a dog and give others all your money.. ha ha what a loser.
