I'm a customer service representitive at a cable company. I talk to people on the phone. I tell them to pay their bill, to buy products. I kiss ass and I make money doing it. I just got a call from a lady. I know that she didn't have any money. She ahd been trying not to pay her bill for about three months now.... Her husband died and she just spent 512 dollars tog et her cable back on because she doesnt have anything to care about. The sound of her voice made me cringe.. If I lost my girlfriend I don't know what would become of me.. Has anyone here experienced this problem?
