Dreaming in Focus... [+ favourites]

When you sleep or when you imagine something, do you see it in focus?
This question is particularly relevant to me as I am short-sighted...
Although some dreams are based on experience and I tend to wear glasses or contact lenses almost all the time, I still am unsure whether I dream anfd imagine in focus all the time or not...
If we did automatically dream or imagine in focus, this brings up questions...
One question would be, do we automatically process things in their most desired form?
Do we need to process things in their desired form to understand things clearly?
Do the known-to-be visually impaired have it better, as they have tools to make sure they see clearly enough, whereas those unbespectacled who have slight difference from 20-20 vision do a little worse?
Are we less smart when we depend on something, but cannot use our sensory tools properly at the time?
What are your thoughts on the matter?
