Career women make bad wives?

Career women make bad wives? [+ favourites]

I was watching MSNBC tonight and the subject about career women supposedly make bad house wives. The argument was women are now putting more effort and time into their careers that their families and home. I wouldn't side with this at all because it's more likely that they have to put so much energy rather than choosing to.

what is your take on this? sorry for the lack of information I'll do more research a little later.

Is your question about being a wife or a mother? Obviously if she works she will be less dedicated (time wise, at least) to her family.

I guess the debate was about just being a bad wife but then it was directed to being a bad mother.
