Whoever put up that website claims to have done years of "field study," whatever that means. This person has no prrof to back the theories besides personal history and experiences. A pretty biased person due to rejections. It was interesting to read his opinions, but accepting it is out of the issue.

Women think more emotionally and men more logically. Women think of their feelings for a man and judges their future off that. Men know that they like sex. Why not? Anyways most guys that fit the category have guy friends and have no need for more friendships so what does it matter if you're not going to be able to have someone to talk OC with? you can now spend that time explaining to your buddies why there are panties stuck in the fan.

The ladder theory. On paper i'd have to say in most cases it's true especially with the best looking girls(of course with the rare exception). I'd have to say that he speaks the harsh truth of reality. Even if a women doesn't claim to this or stick to it she most likely subconsciencely she does. For who wouldn't want a partner with more money. The only thing i'd like to argue is that the friendship ladder to the intimate ladder is often crossed. May take some serious time but i see it happen more times than not crossing.
