Drug Use, yay nay wrong or okay?

i envy you if you can attain a heightened sense of feeling without drugs. just let me know how too.

I think this can be achieved through meditation. I have only recently tried it but so far I have had no real progress to show for it.

I can achieve a high from running. I am a long-distance runner, and when I am in my prime fitness, I can sometimes achieve a natural high, during a training session, between 10-20km (6-13miles) distance. The feeling sensation is unbelievable. Its called 'runners high', and is quiet rare to achieve.

I should tell some junkies about that... I'm sure they'll be very interested. A natural free high.
