BIT TORRENT [+ favourites]

Anyone out there doing the bit torrent thing? Peer to peer downloading has got my fairly excited this last week - so much so went well past my providers bandwidth limit of a whopping 10gb.
I have been downloading some star trek episodes all of which I had missed and could never seem to find in the reruns. Its all strait forward pirating but at least it promotes sharing which is important in our society as well.
Anyone have any tips on finding good torrents or otherwise controlling the upload / download rates?

I like the process in which this works - it seems fairly safe but I think some spyware gets piggy backed here and there.

I'm pretty sure that bit torrent is much easier to trace/track than normal P2P file sharing clients such as limewire, kazaa, etc... While I do use Bit Torrent here and there, I would not recommend using it to get things like music, movies, programs, because it is much easier for someone to find out who you are.
