Neurologically speaking ther are more than enough encoding neurons in the hominid brain to perfectly record everything that they ever experience. the crux of the situation, of course, has to do with consciously acessing that information. regardless of ones ability to acess their memories, though, they still exist cognatively in their perfect form. however, our conscious perceptios of our memories changes as our conception of self changes. draw from this stream of consciousness what you will.
