Thanks Wyote. I made it out of clay. I made the rock first, then the lizard. I fired it when I was done sculpting it. I only put glaze on the lizard and put it in the kiln again. I did that acouple of times to get the green darker. Then I painted the rock part of it with acouple layers of paint to add texture and depth to it, because if I painted it first, the paint would evaporate under the intense heat from the kiln. You see the small cracks that looks like scales (or supposed to) all over the lizard's body? I used this special ink and rubbed it all over the lizard and the ink went in the cracks of the glass, because when I fired it acouple times, it kind of made all those small cracks in them, and I thought it'd be cool to make it look like scales. And thats how I made it! ( I made another one b4 but the lizard got decapitated b4 I got to fire it. May it rest in peace.)
