I'm having no more troubles seeing as how we've concluded that one who has in-depth knowledge of a game who uses that in-depth knwledge in philosophical discourse about the game is a philosopher.

Ok, well then I'll just reiterate what I really meant to say, I was also saying that the person does not even need to have knowledge of the game, you can philosophize on the very gathering of brutish men in tight pants.

Any topic can be looked into indepthly from nearly if not all perspectives by any given person who takes the time to think about something.

we are ignorant to their beliefs as they are to ours. a phliosopher's thought process is different from the norm, they search for truth, while we belive what we are told to believe. to be a philosopher means to break the boundries of conformity and search for a greater meaning to life, one tha is justifiable to him or her and they relay that to others.

Do you notice on conformed you make philosophers sound? Which they are in many respects.

Its just a matter of thinking. Though there are great philosophers, its not a profession per se', philosophy is at its core just question. To apply any philosophically derived ideas takes science and psychology, or by being a teacher or a writer.

We all seem to search for greater meaning, some just feal they have a better idea than others, but no two ideologies are really exactly alike, if you ask religious people to describe their actually personal beliefs and interpretations, you would find patterns but amisdst a rainbow of answers.

Basically, philosophy is 'why'.
For me, there are two kinds of philosophies. One kind of philosphy is like political philosophy etc, while the other kind is philsiophy in regards to this universe. I prefer the latter
