I'm actually just getting into it myself. I could use some suggestions, all I am aware of is "rebirthing"

Dear amarnath, ive heard that there are 7 chakras energy points within the body, ive heard that raising kundalini or the serpent like energy within the body up through these chakras can increase ones awarness. I began practising breathing tecniques assosiated with kundalini yoga and found that my sences began to sharpen and i feel a kind of sixth sence developing - a kind of hidden instinct - please tell me if you know more about this sort of thing
