Flipping thru the channels, I happen to come across a interview (session) with the National news anchors, discussing their role in politics (especially the War in Iraq).
One of those present was on tonight discussing the presidential appointing the Homeland Security as separate from cabinet position. Having heard the previous discussion (on the war) I am wondering what this means to others?
{As the people involved (congress,news, etc) seem to be a bit baffled by what Bush is organizing and how it fits into the system of checks & balances of government}
