saraboo is that you? anyways collecting kids and anmials was funny hope i never start that collection. like saraboo i collect chess sets. i also collect cd's dvd's and tools cuz its my livelyhood not by choice and i collect bills.....that i never payed

I collect cookbooks and recipes (and my wife says bread machines but I only have 5 of those so it doesn't qualify as a collection). I have over 300 cookbooks and I have 4289 recipes collected off the web. There are at least a million recipes on the web, but I read them, make them, and if I like them...add them to my collection.

Squattem-so can I safely assume you like to cook? Me too. I love trying new recipes and fortunately my husband is eager to be my guinee pig. Every so often my daughters will look at a new recipe and ask "Um, so is there anything else we can eat."

The only recipe I have not been able to find is Chinese pork fried rice. Simple right? I've tried so many and there is nothing that even comes close to imitating a Chinese restaurant. So if you find one, please let me know.
