Science Fair Project

I guess this could be in a number of forums, I also considered putting it in science.

For summer homework freshman year part of our summer homework was to research some possibilities for a mandatory science fair project. I think I have to come up with three top ideas. Anyone got some ideas? I have a bunch but I'm not sure how big or small the project should be.

Please nothing impossible.

Make a lego crane which will demonstrate material resistance and the power of leverage. Give it an engine and a claw and it doubles as a robotic claw

how about the old baking soda/ vinegar valcano? or maybe you could develope some sort of hydrolic device out of that...
