Who should be our leaders?

Who should be our leaders? [+ favourites]

Here's a good question, which I know has been posed in many a forum: who should be our leaders? I've heard some say scientists. And, some say religious leaders. Philosophers? Should it be politicians, who are mostly lawyers?

Our leader shouldn't be someone from a specific job. Our leaders should be from all places, and should always be people that are really ready to lead. Someone that is willing to sacrafic it all for what he believes in. Yet, they should always be voted for.

A leader should not be ready to sacrifice anything. I don't want to be sacrificed for another's beliefs. The only belief's a leader should have are his people and the future.

Wupps, I might not of been clear. When I meant sacrafic, I meant a personal sacrafic for his people. Instead of the other way around.


I'm mentioned this before somewhere, but I believe that if a President or whatever wants to declare war, I think he should go fight along side of them instead of having other people die for his beliefs that sometimes aren't the countries.

phjiloshophers certainly not religious leaders scientics maybe? someone with very good logic and a hold on reality and inventive, humble, good imagination, able to look past face value theres more if i actualy thought about it but aybe less

Someone of average stature has more concern for their fellow neighbors of all financial ,levels than that of the lawyers.

If they were scientist, which I don't think would be a bad idea, they would have to know alot about the law, which is why most politicians are lawyers.
They should be mechanics I think, good at "troubleshooting".

I would vote for the gardeners. They have the patience and usually a deep reverance for life.
