Terminator (all three of them). Just proves that the human race is so bent on destruction that they will be the cause of the downfall of their own race. At least, thats how i feel. Oh, it also proves that there is always hope!

At the end of American Beauty, the main character(Kevin Spacey) describes death quite well, how you're caught in your last thought for eternity.

donnie darko is another really good one.....and there's a movie with sean penn.....but i can't remember the name of it, it's fairly new though,and it really depicts the emotions we can go through when someone really close to us dies[his daughter gets killed]....damn, wish i could remember the name......oh yeah......mystic river.....i think....

I m not jokin when I say that that film is the closest any film will get to reality. The machine shit may be balderish, but the rest of reality being an illusion etc is outta dis world

yea Mystic River and Matrix fit. ive said this before, the matrix can be about pretty much anything depending on your view.

although i love the Matrix it tends to freak me the fuck out....i think about that stuff too much and i start doubting everything...i already have a hard time recogniseing any sort of "reality" and that movie doesnt make it any easier on me
