hehehe healthier huh ? i love mashed potatoes and those are really easy to make, i love them with a glass of tomato juice, but that's just me, you can have them with salad and w/e else it is that you eat ( probably some kind of meat) and i don't know if you ever had hummus, but it always saves me - some pita bread with hummus at tomatoes make a good breakfast lunch and dinner soup, i don't know how you feel about soup, let me know and i'll get you some recipes pasta, pasta is so easy to make ! just buy some dried pasta, cook it and add sause from a can ( i normally cook up some onions and then add it up to warm it up and it kinda tastes better that way ), you you cand do the mozzarella tomato pasta - all you need is some fresh mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, bazil, olive oil and tomatoes or if you like alfredo sause - you buy a can of that and throw in some garlic and spinach on a frying pan for like 3 minutes and then add it to cooked fetucinni (plus fresh grape tomatoes), cover that with warm alfredo and here is another healthy meal ok i'm tired of typing just PM if you need anymore ideas
