Well, hard work is a big part of it, but H.S. football was where I developed alot of the muscles that I keep building on. Our workout routine at the gym is, five days a week, a couple hours a day, so ya have to be determined and available. Also, I think strong legs run in my family, my 73 year old Grandma has rock hard calves that are strong as hell, she excercised everyday-a shopaholic, lol. Body mass is also a factor ya half to look at, are you a small; avg.; or big guy?
