Was waiting for you to add some like it hot. Any such list would be incomplete without that one.

But yeah, Everywhere that i'm not - so deserving of first placement. I'd never seen the video for it before and wow, it's pretty bad too. Didn't have the patience to watch through all of it - might engage in that self torture some other time.
