Have a complaint with Spirit Airlines? You're in 'good' company.
I appreciate the fact that this CEO consistently says it like it is - passengers are basically treated like crap because their fares are so low, and people have the right to choose it. Despite receiving about twice the number of complaints than any other airline this company is actually booming and is expanding its offerings.
