Humor this idea

So I was going through some random videos when I came across this still image part way into the clip.

What surprised me the most is the exclusion of every number ending in 4, as well as no depicted single digit progression on the number 5. This naturally raised more questions than I wanted to imagine.

But I guess I should start to ask- What would this chart mean if it's real? Would this simplify numbers (as we know it) to a single chart? Would that change what we know about math? Might the number 5 play an important role in this exclusion?

That would be quite funny if I was on to something, and even funnier if this is already common knowledge.

looks to me like an unfinished crop "circle".either they meant to leave out the 4s to fuck with people,or it is just simply unfinished.i cant say that i wasent intrigued at first,but that was before i observed the whole picture.there might be magical chart out there that could simplify number and such just waiting to be discovered,but i dont think that is it

At first I thought it was unfinished too, but then I looked at it even closer to see that it looked like the spine of a book or tablet. There doesn't seem to be any deception. All of the numbers and the order they're in seem to fit perfectly.
