The 666 reference was a little much don't you think?

All the references about sorcery and what not are based on his own personal paranoia, but the fact of the matter is that newscasters, and more specifically Fox newscasters use all kinds of techniques to influence their audience.

I've tried to explain this to others, but it's very subtle and as the guy states, it takes a half an hour to explain something that lasts a few minutes.

I don't know if what the newscasters do is entirely purposeful because I've seen others do similar things in every day conversation. What I mean is, I don't know if the newscasters are even fully aware of their own techniques. It may be something picked up subliminally that we all use when we are being authoritative.

All I want people to take away from watching this is to be more aware of what really goes on in a typical Fox interview.

Yah that makes sense. It would be interesting if someone who was respected in the NLP community did something similar to this video. I mean who is this guy anyway and what knowledge does he even have of NLP?

I do think though that newscasters (especially on FOX) are using persuasion techniques, possibly NLP to convert people to their way of thinking. They are definitely NOT doing the objective reporting they claim.

I kind of have the same question as Chris I would be interested if "news" companies use NLP consciously or do the best reports (at using it) start to use it and just rise to the top because of it.
