As a personal fan of Rafael, it was very easy for me to give this a couple of extra points. 4.2, let's say. I loved what they did with his character in this. The "costumed vigilante" was very reminiscent of my youth, drawing trurtles in my favorite hero's costumes with a buddy, good times. Michelangelo and Donattello, though Decius is quite correct about their roles, were excellent in their use as comic relief, so says me.
