Tis true, alas. It seems Don MacLean’s song, American Pie has become somehow prophetic, and at some point in the last decade, music’s “soul” has departed to the great Beyond. (And Im not talking about the death of James Brown.) I find most music today nothing more than brightly packaged elevator Muzac, with attractive whore/mascots to help it go down better. So most music I listen to is a lot more dated. Here are some arstists who I listen to which I think you may find aren’t all about “Lets do it. (Coz I love you tonite.)” Followed by a nice ballad of “How could you cheat on me after our eternal 2 week love?” Here are my suggestions: The Tea Party Tool Kate bush The Doors The Cult Pink Floyd Perfect Circle Led Zeppelin
"When I was a child I flew! Then as an adult- I watched others soar."
