Shall I sculpt a statue for your thoughts?
A smooth and gentle tactile one of sorts.
What kind of form will the image take?
Something that will cause a heart to break
and shatter all illusions of the soul?
Or something that will make a broken spirit whole?
Let me build an image in your mind,
A more beautiful reflection you shall not find
in any work of art that's Earthly bound
or any pure and simple instrumental sound.
This image grows in clarity by the day
and becomes an opera or ballet,
making a pleasant shape and perfect sound,
A symmetry of perfection will abound.
What is this image I describe to you?
Though simple words can not explain it true,
No mere mortal could but speak its form,
It is God's glorious spirit in the Dawn.
