Allotting Time for Speech [+ favourites]

This is a bit of a way out thought…
Basically it would suggest that you allot a period of time and vocal areas to be used in a given situation… This may not just be vocalisation but also of the voice of the mind…
It’s like you are planning a sentence, and just organising yourself to speak the words…
What happens is that you identify at what point you plan to speak and what areas are involved with such speech. If you take the words away, you may still have an allotted time and allotted area(s) that were involved with the set of words that were to be used…

What do you make of this thought?

Perhaps speech, and thought (the preparation for speech) are merely our means for transforming something into matter (which is a denser energy/mass and therefore slower).

Does this opportunity exist in spite of our intentions, or do we create our opportunities at random?
Seeking experience through materialization of thought , and therefore matter ,seems to be the only way we have of knowing ourselves.
