yea, i got to know someone a lot more on my swim team today. Shyness is something though that can be changed, my main thing is being rejected/burned im figured thats why I dont do a lot of things. About self esteem, I would say its all mental, if you tell your self your confident or somehow make your self believe you are, I find that it works from time to time.
