After reading the 'Upload Image HELP', I decided to post a link to the cartoon, instead of the cartoon itself

Hmm . . . interesting humor type or should I say stereotype of black person entering office?
A religous personification of Jesus Christ performing orally for the gratification of piglett inferring Capitism personifided?
Or does the added ballons infer an additional arch-type? Impling the identiy of the piglett as being Jewish ! Ah so deep a construct of humoureous content.
