Does anyone have any opinion on this? (I don't want to say anything about it to leave it open first)

Are you referring to trauma based conditioning, such as the production of a Manchurian Candidate or conditioning which promotes a monarchy? I'm going to assume you mean the first one. In which case my opinion is as follows:

Trauma based conditioning is one of the most cruel and hateful things that can be done to a person. To intentionally invade the subconcious of another human being, particularly for the purpose of negative manipulation is entirely unethical and ammoral. Monarch conditioning takes away a person's right to choose for themselves.

Project Monarch

found this with a quick google of "monarch conditioning" bit convoluted and keeps talking about satanism and bloodlines which makes you wonder about the authors sanity, but the ideas of how mental conditioning are used do seem inhumane to say the very least.
